FSG Services significantly improve fleet productivity and service delivery with Frotcom

Using Frotcom, the Botswana’s funeral services provider now has more visibility over its fleet, thus improving driving behavior and fleet performance.

FSG Services (Pty) Ltd has operated in Botswana since 1993 and is the leading funeral services provider in the region. The company’s activity includes manufacturing and retailing coffins and caskets, and providing funeral-related services and funeral insurance in cooperation with Botswana Life Insurance Limited.

Today, the company has 20 branches/funeral homes in Botswana, ten branches and one satellite office in South Africa, three branches in Zambia, and two in Zimbabwe.

FSG Services was looking for a fleet management system to monitor its fleet vehicles in real-time and easily locate them to assign different jobs based on their location. Moreover, the company needed to control driving behavior and identify vehicle misuse within its fleet, such as speeding and unauthorized trips, to act accordingly and make improvements.
